Querétaro, Qro., 27 de mayo de 2026.- Querétaro mantiene el menor porcentaje de percepción de corrupción en todo el país, con un 67 por ciento, de acuerdo a los resultados de la Encuesta Nacional de Calidad e Impacto Gubernamental (ENCIG) que realiza el INEGI, informó el secretario de la Contraloría, Oscar García González, quien reconoció que estos resultados son una muestra de que aquí se está haciendo lo correcto.
Refirió que esta encuesta que mide la confianza en la administración pública y contempla entre otros aspectos, los índices de percepción de corrupción, experiencias con pagos, trámites y servicios públicos; corrupción durante la realización de trámites, pagos o solicitudes de servicios, así como corrupción en general.
El año pasado, 84.1 por ciento de la población consideró frecuentes los actos de corrupción. Las entidades federativas en las que un mayor porcentaje de la población consideró frecuentes los actos de corrupción fueron Michoacán, con 89.4 por ciento y Baja California, con 89.3 por ciento. En contraste, en Querétaro y Yucatán, con 67.0 y 73.2 por ciento de la población, respectivamente, se tuvo esa opinión.
Respecto a la tasa de población que tuvo contacto con alguna persona servidora pública y experimentó al menos un acto de corrupción fue de 15 mil 642 por cada 100 mil habitantes, a nivel nacional.
Las entidades federativas donde se registraron las mayores tasas de personas víctimas de actos de corrupción fueron Hidalgo, con 21 mil 452; Oaxaca, con 20 mil 330, y Sinaloa, con 19 mil 836 por cada 100 mil habitantes. En contraste, las entidades federativas con las menores tasas de víctimas de actos de corrupción fueron Colima, con 6 mil 992; Nayarit, con 8 mil 915, Zacatecas con 9 mil 366 y Querétaro con 9 mil 484 por cada 100 mil habitantes.
En 2025, la tasa de población que tuvo contacto con alguna persona servidora pública y experimentó al menos un acto de corrupción, incrementó con respecto a 2023, donde dicha tasa se estimó en 13 mil 966 por cada 100 mil habitantes, a nivel nacional.
Al comparar por entidad federativa, con respecto al ejercicio previo, siete entidades presentaron cambios en términos estadísticos. Las entidades con incrementos fueron Coahuila, Ciudad de México, Hidalgo, estado de México y Yucatán. En contraste, las entidades que presentaron disminuciones en términos estadísticos fueron Colima y Querétaro, que pasó de 12 mil 359 a 9 mil 484.
En relación a trámites gubernamentales, la tasa de incidencia fue de 27 mil 438 actos de corrupción por cada 100 mil habitantes, en al menos uno de los trámites, en el periodo enero-diciembre 2023 y 2025. Querétaro fue uno de los dos estados en todo el país, que se mantuvo a la baja al pasar de 25 mil 822 a 14 mil 511.
